Failure to pay an outstanding invoice within 90 days may result in the cessation of accessibility and/or irretrievable loss of data.

Access By Third Parties

Any administrative access to the site or changes to the site by third-party developers without prior notification may result in a comprehensive backup and audit of the site at the site owner’s expense.

WordPress Upgrades

The WordPress plaform is continuously improved to provide Security updates to the WordPress platform are mandatory for all MGCS clients in order to maintain site integrity and prevent intrusions. All major and minor upgrades are charged no more than once per quarter. Incremental upgrades are not charged. Updates to plugins are not charged. Below is an example of the schedule of charges:
